This study aims to determine the quality of Deuteronomy about General semester Indonesian subjects XI SMK N 1 Ngabang Porcupine District academic year 2013/2014 in terms of aspects of material, construction and language as well as relabilitas, distinguishing index, level of difficulty and effectiveness of the distractor / detractors . The research method used is dokumentatif research. This study shows 200 distractors, there are 93 distractors (46.5%) which can be used or effective, 101 (50.5%) distractors that need to be improved, and 6 (3%) aborted distractors. A total of 5 points (10%) had a distractor that all is not well, 7 (14%) point that all distraktornya functioning or effective, and 38 (76%) distraktornya item is functioning and there are not functioning.
